It started with my grandfather in France, guarding the net with nothing but instinct and grit. My father in Bosnia followed, standing tall through every challenge the game—and life—threw at him. Then came my time. Just a young boy growing up in St. Louis, carrying the weight of their legacy with every save. So when I set out to create something that honored my family’s journey, I searched for a symbol that connected us all. That’s when I found the fleur-de-lis: a reflection of our story, present in every place we called home. Each petal representing one of us, a tribute to where we’ve been and a reminder of where we’re going.
